My name is Andrew McKee, aged 13. I have been riding motocross bikes for three years now. At the start of the season I had a big fall off at speed over a very tricky jump, which my motorbike ended up on top of me.

My son Fergus, 4, is your usual bubbly, active boy, but bedtimes were a task, since his adjustments with Dr Nick bedtime is a dream. His concentration is excellent and his tantrums are shorter.

We noticed that our baby Kit was reluctant to turn his head to the right from birth, which led to problems feeding from the left side and him being generally unsettled. After only 2 visits to Dr Nick, Kit is moving his head with ease.

Lexi was born 4 weeks premature in November 2009. After about 4 weeks I started to notice her head appeared to have a bump growing to the side of her forehead. I was assured by my Health Visitor that her hair would grow eventually and you would not notice it!

My name is Olivia and I am 7 years old this year. I have seen Dr Nick at Lisburn Chiropractic Clinic since I was 4 days old. At the time I couldn't breast feed from my mummy and as a result was tube fed in hospital. My parents who were patients of Dr Nick's asked if he would check my spine.

My daughter Shania, 8 years old has been a patient of Dr Nick's since she was 11 months old. In her time under his care she has never been ill nor taken any days off school. She is full of life and has tonnes of energy after she has her adjustment. Occasionally when she feels a bit under the weather I bring her to the Lisburn Chiropractic clinic for an adjustment and that always gets her right.

My Name is Gerry. I am 32 and about 9 years ago was involved in a sparing incident while playing Jujitsu. The blow was nearly fatal and left me with 2 fractured vertebras in my neck. At the time I was very lucky to have been under the care of one of the best surgeons in Northern Ireland, Mr Eammes. I underwent spinal fusion.

In October of 2005 I began to have slight problems with my balance. This quickly deteriorated and I soon had difficulty lifting and changing my two year old son. My sight and hearing was also affected, and I found that I couldn't control my co-ordination enough to even put the key in the front door.

I have, for the past 25 years, been a MS sufferer. Over these years I have had mobility problems, mood swings, and depression, anxiety and panic attacks. The effects of my MS were manageable up until September 2002 after having a hysterectomy and a fall that left me with a fractured foot. As a result I had to have intensive physiotherapy for up to 4 months. During this time I went through a rollercoaster of emotions-severe depression, back pain and aggressive episodes.

I dont really know how I would be without coming for my treatments. I have Scoliosis of the spine and have been suffering from associated neck, back and shoulder pain for years.

In August 2008 I decided that I needed to get medical advice regarding an ongoing problem with my left knee. On a number of occasions over the past year I had moved awkwardly when kneeling or getting up from a kneeling position, and the pain was severe, so much so that on the last occasion I hurt myself, I was unable to walk or put weight on my left leg for two days!
